The most “Honeydew Honey” of all, ARCADIA PINE Premium Organic Honey is sweet and spicy, purely unique in taste. It has an excellent nutritional profile that promotes overall body and mind health. Arcadia Pine honeydew honey has an impressively thick texture and has even more potent nutritional profile compared to other flower honey varieties. It contains an exceptionally high concentration of polyphenols (powerful antioxidants), that is quite rare to find anywhere in the world. Sustainably extracted by centrifugal force method and with absolutely zero heating process – which is why it sustains all its beneficial nutritional elements.
TRIPLE CERTIFIED ORGANIC

Arcadia Pine Premium Organic Honey is sweet & spicy, purely unique in taste. An excellent nutritional profile that promotes overall body & mind health.
✓ High in phenolic compounds and disease-fighting antioxidant capacity, which act against free radicals (responsible for oxidation and therefore cell-aging).
✓ High antibacterial and antiviral activity compared to the other types of honey.
✓ Great for sore throats and respiratory infections. Its density helps it stick to the lining of the throat, allowing it to calm and heal inflammation, irritation, and cough.
✓ High concentration in dietary minerals: potassium, calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, sodium and zinc.
✓ Low in natural sugars versus other flower blossom honeys–highly recommended for a balanced, low-calorie diet.
✓ Sore, irritated throats and colds
✓ Winter teas and year-round breakfast
✓ Pairing with cheese as a digestive-assisting desert
✓ Fruity dessert recipes–or nearly any dish!
FROM NATIVE GREEK PINE TREES
At the lowest plateau of mOUNT Mainalon, in Arcadia, Greece
At a height of <1,000m
Our Premium Organic Honey from Arcadian Pines (Pinus Pinea) is harvested by our bees at the lowest plateau of Mount Mainalon in Arcadia prefecture, in Greece, at an altitude <1000m. Pinus Pinea is native to mount Mainalon which makes the species unique worldwide. This area is strictly demarcated and far away from any human-cultivated land. It is one of the most unspoiled lands in Greece and worldwide. This is where our bees fly free, collecting honeydew from Arcadian Pines.
FULL-BODIED AND SILKY SMOOTH
Naturally low in Glucose and Fructose
A full-bodied and silky-smooth honeydew honey, with a rich, thick texture, ARCADIA PINE has an incredibly distinct and intense aroma of pine forest. It has a characteristic malty and earthy flavour with tangy notes. Arcadia Pine Honey is naturally low in Glucose and Fructose, as honeydew honey is. It pairs perfectly with cheeses, and is an ideal drizzle for salads, desserts, and Greek yogurt.
ARCADIA PINE honey has been sustainably extracted without any heating process. Therefore, it has a natural tendency to crystallize. Crystallization is a natural process of pure, raw and unfiltered honey and may slowly occur over time. It does not affect its quality and nutritional value.
You can simply dip the (closed) jar in a pot filled with warm water, (not boiling) and leave it there for several minutes until it softens and liquifies again.
Although honey can be exposed to higher temperatures for brief periods, the absolutely best temperature to keep honey and preserve its aroma, flavour and colour is at room temperature, or ideally at ~15°C (~60°F).
We suggest you make your hot beverage first and add your honey when it has cooled down, when it’s warm. While it will still be able to dissolve (you can stir it with a spoon), the heat will not “kill” its beneficial enzymes and vitamins.
As our honey is a living product with a uniquely high nutritious and health value, we urge you to eat it raw, and never heat it above 35-40°C (95-104°F). Higher temperatures will kill the beneficial enzymes and antioxidants that make your honey truly powerful and unique.

A UNIQUELY CONCENTRATED
ANTIOXIDANT HONEY
ARCADIA PINE Premium Organic Honey is an unusual honey because it is not produced entirely by honey bees.
It is produced by bees that collect honeydew from insect species which live on native Arcadian Pines.
Honeydew is the sugar-like substance on these trees, which sparkles in sunlight, hence the name “honeydew”! Bees love honeydew. They transform it into a unique in the world, delicious honey which is naturally low in glucose and fructose.
This makes the honey resistant to crystallization (compared to flower blossom honeys)-while giving it an unparalleled earthy flavour!
ON THE TONGUE

Pearl-amber colour, with characteristic metallic highlights.
COLLECTION PERIOD
Harvested twice per year from late spring through the dog days of summer.

I’m a 50 year old in Chicago, this honey has been my go-to for sore throats during harsh winters. It’s effective and delicious. Wish the delivery was slightly faster… It took 5 days to be delivered.

I’ve been using Arcadia Pine Organic Honey as a healthier alternative to sugar in my coffee (I drink lots of them daily!) and it’s been wonderful. It makes the coffee not too sweet (like sugar or syrup), and this is what I like most, its mild sweetness. The antioxidant benefits are a big plus. Love it!

I have switched from Manuka to Arcadia Pine. I did my research and this honey is equally beneficial and has a richer taste. Plus, it is way more affordable.

I’ve been adding a spoonful of Arcadia Pine to my morning lemon water. It’s not just the taste, which is wonderfully rich, but I feel it gives me a gentle detox boost. Love starting my day with it!
