Apply approximately 2-3 teaspoons of the Antioxidant Shower Gel on wet skin (use warm water that creates a bit of steam but not too hot). Create a rich lather and use circular motions gently massaging all your body, from top to bottom. Rinse off and pat dry (but not completely).

Complete the experience with our Antioxidant Body Lotion, applying on damp skin to lock in moisture. Add a dollop of lotion (approximately the size of a coin-size) to your hand and warm it up rubbing your palms together. Massage the lotion into your body in gentle, circular motions, while your skin is still damp to lock in moisture.
